Brig Atif Academy Faisalabad beat the Dar Academy Lahore in the final
1st Baba Guru Nanak Hockey Tournament held in Nankana eight teams participated in the event. forty plus international players showed their skills during the event, which was exemplary to the kids of Pakistan and tournament was great success by having international coaches and players in remote areas of Pakistan to cultivate the nursery at grass root level.
Faisalabad team won after a nail-biting match against Dar hockey Academy Lahore. Mr Murtaza Yaqoob international declared best player of the tournament and man of the match of final secured by Mr. Izhaar ul Haq.
Organizing committee led by Asad Javaid and Syed Ghulam Mujtaba said that these events will continue in each quarter and there will be a big competition will hold at Birthday of Baba Guru Nanak Dev ji.
