
Pinoké’s women set a club record against Oranje-Rood, Belén van den Broek (HDM) reigns this season from the penalty stroke spot and Den Bosch’s men recorded a massive win. Here are the weekend’s figures.
TULP HOOFDKLASSE WOMEN
1 – SCHC also won its fourth away match this season (0-7 at Tilburg) and only conceded one goal in those matches. Such a good start away from home previously only succeeded in season 2010-2011.
1 – For the first time an edition of Oranje-Rood – Pinoké ended in a draw: it was 3-3 in Eindhoven. It was also Pinoké’s first 3-3 ever in an away match.
4 – HDM defender Belén van den Broek is this season’s top scorer when it comes to penalty strokes used. She already shot four times from the penalty spot.
6 – SCHC kept its goal clean for the sixth time in eight matches, something the team previously only managed to do in 2010-2011.
7 – SCHC also won its seventh match ever against Tilburg: the 0-7 meant the Bilthoveners’ biggest win over Tilburg.
10 – Jip Dicke is the first player to reach double figures this season. SCHC’s striker is on ten goals after eight match rounds.

14 – Den Bosch attacker Maartje Krekelaar scored her first goal of the season against Hurley. She has now scored for the fourteenth consecutive season in the Hoofdklasse (54 goals in total).
15 – Den Bosch attackers Joosje Burg and Frédérique Matla maintained an exceptional series against Hurley. The Boschians won all 15 home games in which the duo scored.
19 – Jip Dicke has already scored 19 goals from field goals since her switch from HDM to SCHC (summer 2024), more than any other player in that period.
21 – Pinoké scored for the 21st time in a row in an away game on a visit to Oranje-Rood (3-3). That equals the club record from April 2021-April 2023.
22 – Amsterdam knocked off Bloemendaal 4-1 and recorded its 22nd win in a row against The Mussen.
196 – Frédérique Matla accounted for one of the three Bossche goals against Hurley and, with her 196th goal in the Hoofdklasse, is a bit closer to the milestone of two hundred goals.

TULP HOOFDKLASSE MEN
2 – The top match Oranje-Rood – Rotterdam ended without goals. It was only the second scoreless home match in the Eindhoven club’s history.
3 – Oranje-Rood played equal in a home match for the third time in a row. That had never happened before in club history.
4 – Den Bosch defender Timo Boers accounted for four of the nine Bosch goals against Schaerweijde (9-0). It was the fourth time in premier league history that he scored at least three times in a match.
9 – For Schaerweijde, the 9-0 at Den Bosch meant an equalling of the biggest defeat in the Hoofdklasse. On 5 April 1981, the team from Zeist lost by the same figures at Klein Zwitserland.
9 – In terms of margin, the 9-0 for Den Bosch was the second biggest win in the Hoofdklasse. On 19 March 2023, the Bossche team won by ten goals difference from Voordaan (11-1).
12 – Bloemendaal lost 3-2 at Laren and already suffered three defeats in its first seven games. That last happened to The Mussen 11 years ago (in season 2013-2014)
40 – Forty goals have been scored in Den Bosch’s last five matches, an average of eight goals per match.
49 – Den Bosch now stands at 49 hat-tricks in Hoofdklasse history after Boers’ hat-trick (3+ goals). Former striker Piet-Hein Geeris accounted for most of them (seven).
50 – Boers’ first hit penalty corner against Schaerweijde was his 50th penalty corner goal in the Hoofdklasse.
100 – Timo Boers is getting closer to a milestone in his career. The penalty corner specialist is just six goals away from his 100th official goal for Den Bosch.
