It all continues on Saturday with the remaining Round 6 fixtures. UCD host Old Alex as both sides look to break into the top half of the table, while Loreto look to build on their positive run of form when they take on Monkstown.

In the Men’s EYHL, a mammoth clash sees Three Rock Rovers host Lisnagarvey at Grange Road as the hosts hope to end the reigning champions unbeaten run and go level on points with their opponents, while second-place Pembroke Wanderers face rivals Monkstown hoping to capitalise on results elsewhere t potentially summit the table. Elsewhere, Banbridge take on Cork Harlequins as they look to recover from their shock defeat in Round 5, while Corinthian and YMCA battle it out in another local derby with a place inside the top half potentially up for grabs.

Round 7 follows immediately after, as all 20 teams return to league duties on Sunday. In the Women’s EYHL the in-province rivalries continue. Pembroke Wanderers round out their weekend with a second major test against Loreto as they look to solidify themselves in the title contention conversation, while Old Alex and Monkstown meet at Alexandra College in another crucial tie for both sides as the former pursues the top half while the latter. And UCD host Railway Union hoping to take their opposition down a peg and bolster their own hopes of a top-half finish.
