USA: Law Names 2025-26 U.S. Men’s National Team, USMNT “A” Team

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Following a recent training camp held in Moorpark, Calif., U.S. Men’s National Team Head Coach Allan Law and his staff have named the 26-athlete 2025-26 U.S. Men’s National Team.

“I would like to thank all athletes who committed time and dedication to the process,” added Law. “We have been able to work with more than 50 athletes during the past 9 months and have gone through the challenging process of selecting the top 26 athletes who will be eligible for competition selections during the 2025-26 cycle.”

“The make-up of the squad is a mix of experience and exciting young athletes. The staff are confident that this group can set new levels of performances, standards and expectations that allow the program to continue to develop into an exciting and competitive team.”

Pat Harris has been on the senior squad for a quarter of a century and returns as the most experienced athlete with 172 caps. He is joined by the likes of veteran athletes in Michael Barminski (108), Ajai Dhadwal (139), Mohan Gandhi (123), Aki Kaeppeler (96) and Johnny Orozco (105). They are coupled with the likes of newcomer Noah Mendoza, who made the transition from the junior to senior squad, and 19-year-old Sekayi Charasika (5), who returns to the team after recording his first caps in February and making a direct impact being named the 2025 FIH Hockey Nations Cup 2 Best Junior Player of the Tournament.

Four goalkeepers have been named in Emil Collins, Hamzah Hashmi (3), Jonathan Klages (55) and Shomik Chakraborty, who returns to the team after being named in 2021.
