- In the two times that the Junior USMNT and Brazil have met, both matches ended with a 3-2 win for USA, with Mehtab Grewal scoring the game winner
- USA’s Matti Bertelsmeier scored his first junior international goal
From Head Coach Pat Harris: “We started well and let up a little because of the lead. After half time we reset, found our rhythm again. As a staff, we are excited for the boys to play the semifinal against Canada on Saturday.”
Next Up: The Junior USMNT will play in a semifinal match at the 2025 Junior Pan American Games on Saturday, August 16, with time and opponent TBD. All games can be streamed on the PanAm Sports Channel.
