NSW Pride is excited to welcome Hockeyroos forward Alice Arnott back to the squad for the 2026 One Active Hockey One League season.

Arnott returns to Pride colours after last representing NSW Pride during the 2024 Hockey One season.

Her return comes fresh from another major campaign on the international stage, with the 28-year-old recently representing the Hockeyroos at the 2026 FIH Hockey World Cup in Belgium and the Netherlands.

Arnott featured in five matches throughout Australia’s World Cup campaign, finding the back of the net as the Hockeyroos progressed to the final four of the tournament.

Born in Tamworth and hailing from Willow Tree, Arnott has enjoyed a strong rise through the NSW and Australian pathways, establishing herself as one of the country’s most dangerous attacking players.

Arnott also holds a special place in NSW Pride history, having scored the first-ever goal for the NSW Pride women in the Hockey One League.

Her connection with the Pride continued to grow in the seasons that followed, including playing an important role in the women’s championship-winning 2022 campaign.

During that season, Arnott produced one of her standout performances in Pride colours, scoring a second-half hat-trick against Canberra Chill to help NSW secure its place in the Hockey One Finals Series before going on to claim the title.

Her return to NSW Pride adds further international quality to the squad ahead of the 2026 One Active Hockey One season and brings another experienced attacking threat into Coach Scott Barker’s women’s team.

Arnott will join a growing list of Hockeyroos and NSW talent locked in for the upcoming campaign as NSW Pride prepare for four home matchdays across Sydney and Newcastle.

Fans will have the opportunity to see Alice, and the NSW Pride squads in action when the 2026 One Active Hockey One season gets underway in October.
