Talking about the World Sports Day, Manager of Hockey Federation Zahid Ali Khan said that sports are the only means by which we nations would get a chance to connect with each other and create an atmosphere of harmony.
And sports are a means of creating peace in the world. In Attock there is a lot of work going on at the moment on hockey.
On this occasion Ghulam Abbas Goga of Olympian Zakir Hussain Hockey Academy Wah congratulated all the management of Attock Hockey Deployment Project for organizing a wonderful event in Attock and reiterated to continue peace through sport.
On this occasion, the entire team of Attock Hockey Development Project including International Hockey Player Ajmal Khan of Hazro, International Empire Kamran Hussain. Shahzad Gul Sports Department Attock – Sajjad Hussain Pak Army – Shakeel Arshad. Parvez Akhtar Thatta. Youth Hockey Club coach Sharjeel Sunny was present.
In the closing ceremony, Eid gifts were distributed among the children playing in the Attock Hockey Ground under the Attock Hockey Development Project, in addition to the rest of the players of the project, hockey was also given to Thatta and Zakir Hockey Academy.
