The 8th round of Afghanistan national hockey team selection tournament was held with the participation of 9 provinces in the form of 18 teams and 250 athletes in the category of juniors and adults, hosted by Kabul province.
The final of the Sunior category was held between the hockey teams of Herat and Kabul, which ended with the victory (1/6) of the team of Kabul province against the team of Herat province.
In this way, the team of Kabul province won the first place, the team of Herat province won the second place, and the team of Khost province won the third place in this round of the competition.
The finals of the junior section were held between the hockey teams of Paktia and Khost province, which ended with the victory of the hockey team of Khost province (3:1) against the hockey team of Paktia province.
And in the junior section, the hockey team of Khost province won the first place, the hockey team of Paktia province won the second place, and the hockey team of Kabul province won the third place in this round of the competition.
