Nine teams participated in the tournament across two categories. Three teams competed in the Veterans category, featuring players aged 40+. Friends Hockey Forever Dhaka emerged victorious, defeating Masters Hockey Bangladesh 3-2 in the final.
Six teams participated in the Open category. Cox’s Bazar Hockey Academy claimed the championship by defeating Kishoreganj Hockey Academy 1-0 in a thrilling final.
The chief guest, MM Sirajul Islam, Director General of Baitush Sharaf Complex and President of the Hockey Academy Association of Bangladesh, graced the award ceremony. Main Uddin Milky, District Sports Officer and Member Secretary of the Cox’s Bazar District Sports Association, presided over the event.
Senior journalist Tofail Ahmed, Sarwar Romen, Member Secretary of the Jatiotabadi Sessasebok Dol, and other dignitaries attended the ceremony.
