EHF: EuroHockey U18 Youth Championships 2023 – UPDATED

6th May 2022, Brussels, Belgium: (Updated on 3rd April 2023 )The 2023 EuroHockey U18 Youth Championships will take place on the following dates at the venues stated. Participating nations are qualified for pools and divisions based on their final ranking from the 2021 competition.

Boy’s Championship

Teams*: AUT, BEL, ENG, ESP, GER, IRL, NED, POL, SCO

Venue: Krefeld (GER)

Dates: Saturday 8 – Sunday 16 July 2023

*RUS is excluded

Boy’s Championship II-A

Teams*: CRO, FRA, TUR, UKR, FIN, BUL

Venue: Alanya (TUR)

Dates: Monday 10 – Saturday 15 July 2023

Withdrawn: DEN, POR

*BLR is excluded

Boy’s Championship II-B

Teams: CZE, ITA, LTU, LUX, SVK, SUI, WAL

Venue: Swansea (WAL)

Dates: Sunday 9 – Saturday 15 July 2023

Withdrawn: SLO, ARM

Girl’s Championship

Notes:

  1. End January 2023 the EHF will look if teams need to swap events as by then the withdrawal deadline has passed.
  2. The withdrawal date for all tournaments in this competition is 15 January 2023. Any National Association withdrawing after that date may be subject to a fine or other disciplinary action by EHF. See current EHF Youth Championship Regulations for further details.
  3. Players need to be born on, or after, 1 January 2005. The minimum age on the first day of the event remains 13.
