New Zealand: JAPAN, UNITED STATES & NZA TO COMPETE IN WOMEN’S SUMMER OF HOCKEY

The revised event will continue to run across the original dates of 21–25 January 2026 and will now operate as a three-nation, four-team series at the Alexander McMillan Hockey Centre. Each team will play one another once before progressing to a finals day, allowing for two matches per day and a full programme of action. As an FIH-sanctioned event, all matches played between New Zealand, Japan, and the United States will count as official international test matches, while fixtures involving NZA will provide valuable high-level competition and depth to the tournament.
