England: Albery misses next Euro match due to concussion

James Albery has been ruled out of the men’s next match against France at the EuroHockey Championships due to concussion.

Albery took a knock to the head during the match against Germany and was taken off for concussion evaluation. He is being looked after by the England Hockey medical team and will now be following strict return to play protocols.

The team will be back in action on 12 August but due to current regulations no other player can be brought in to the team once the tournament has started.
