Netherlands:

PW’s men have reached the second round of the Silver Cup. The team from Enschede won 1-0 against Salland on Friday evening. Last Sunday both teams also faced each other for a league match in the Fourth Class A. Also then PW won: 2-0.

Three clubs advanced to the next round of the second cup tournament without playing, because their opponents withdrew. Hoevelaken, Eemvallei and Voorne took advantage of this at the expense of Overbetuwe, Haackey and Souburgh respectively.

The fourth division teams Steenwijk and Boxmeer also eliminated a third division team. Steenwijk won 2-1 against Graspiepers, while Boxmeer beat Vlijmen 4-2.

Vianen scored plenty of goals against UNO. Thirteen goals were scored. The game ended 1-12. Meeuwen and Eelde also played well in the opening round of the Silver Cup. Meeuwen won 9-0 at Hoogeveen and Eelde beat Meppel convincingly 7-1.
