NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”)of the Company will be held on Sunday 24th May 2026 at 11:00am via teleconference for the purpose of considering the following business:

 

a.       Apologies

b.       Roll Call

c.       The approval of the minutes of the 2025 AGM held on 25th May 2025;

d.       Matters arising;

e.       Annual Report of Directors;

f.        Financial Report with Audited Accounts;

g.       Resolution to update the constitution of Hockey Ireland;

h.       Election of Board members;

i.        The recording of the level of Affiliation Fees for the following season as determined by the Board;

j.        Appointment of Auditors;

k.       Fixing of Auditors Remuneration

l.        General Business
