The EHF Finance Committee meeting took place on 7th June online.

Committee Chair Mika Rihtilä welcomed the committee to the annual online meeting. The meeting agenda was:
– Accounts 2022 – audit and management accounts; 2023 figures; 2024 draft budget; Future Revenue possibilities; Governance and Legal.
Mika Rihtilä, with Director General Angus Kirkland and Administration Manager Monika Ivanauskaitė, presented to the committee the finalised audit and management accounts of 2022, which will be given to the EHF Executive Board on 16th June for approval.
The Committee discussed 2023 figures and the 2024 draft budget. These figures will be presented to the Board for approval as well.
Angus Kirkland updated the committee regarding the strategies for the Digital Transformation project and the OTT platform, to understand better the long-term value EHF will see from these.
At the end of the meeting, everyone thanked the Committee Chair for his 12 years of work as EHF Treasurer, wished Mika the best of luck in the future and expressed the hope to soon see each other around the pitch.
