KHC Dragons have made three big signings ahead of their EHL debut next season with Maria Granatto, Hannah McLoughlin and Hannah Cotter joining the Brasschaat club.

Argentina captain Granatto is the marquee name – she has played for her country 246 times, scoring 147 goals, winning silver and bronze Olympic medals and was the FIH Player of the Year award in 2016 and 2017.

McLoughlin has transferred from one Belgian EHL side to another as she switches from Gantoise to KHC Dragons for the 2026/27 season.

The Irish defender was part of the Gantoise side that won bronze in the 2025 Euro Hockey League and then took gold in the Belgian championship last month.

Prior to that, she played in the Tokyo Olympic Games and has been part of the Irish women’s setup since 2018, making her debut as an 18-year-old.

Cotter, 23, arrives from New Zealand having played for her country 51 times.
