England Hockey is delighted to be running the second state schools festival at Nottingham Hockey Centre on Wednesday 8 and Thursday 9 May.
There are 76 boys and girls U14 teams participating over the two days from all around the country which is an increase on last yearโs entries. The first day will feature more experienced schools and Day 2 will see those schools with less hockey experience competing.
In all of the events, teams play seven-a-side games in pools in the first stage and then play off against teams of similar standings in different knockout competitions. Earlier in the season, 137 teams have also participated in Area State School events.

Nottingham Hockey Centre and Nottingham High School are providing key support for the event.
