Tilburg and Den Bosch have been designated as final venues for the Gold Cup by the KNHB. At both clubs in Brabant the silverware will be distributed on Thursday, April 3. Traditionally, the finals can be seen live on field hockey.nl.
The long Brabant Cup evening begins at 6:30 p.m. at Tilburg, where the women’s final will take place. That goes between the home team and Den Bosch. Tilburg is in the final battle of the cup for the first time in club history. Den Bosch is on the eve of its third cup final. In 2022, the record champion took the cup to Oosterplas, at the expense of SCHC. A year later, Den Bosch lost to the rivals from Bilthoven.
Right after that, you can switch to the men’s final, which will be held at Den Bosch from 8 p.m. onwards. At the Oosterplas, a duel between two real cupfighters is on the menu. The men from Den Bosch lifted the cup into the air in 2023. That happened at the expense of Almere, the opponent in this year’s final. The promotion class has emerged as a real cup team, which also reached the final match last season. Then Kampong took home the top prize.
