At HDM, Chris Taberima was on a roll once again. The top scorer of the Dutch big league at the beginning of the afternoon contributed with four goals to a big 7-2 victory over HGC and was also on target against Pinoké (5-5), where he also scored four goals. That brings his total to 21 goals. After eight of the ten matches HDM has collected twenty points.

Bloemendaal climbed to second place behind HDM in Pool A on Sunday. The Mussen played a spectacular draw against Rotterdam (5-5) and then won the top game with Pinoké 4-3. Bloemendaal will decide next week together with Pinoké and Gooische (both thirteen points) who will qualify second for the playoffs. Rotterdam and HGC will then fight – partly through a mutual duel – against relegation from the big league.

Pool B

In Pool B, leaders Den Bosch suffered their first defeat of the indoor season against Amsterdam (2-3), after six consecutive wins since the start of the indoor competition. The Brabanders recovered from that miss in their second game of the day by beating Almere (7-3).

Behind Den Bosch, Amsterdam strengthened its second spot in the pool by also winning its second game: 5-3 against Voordaan. The team now has thirteen points after eight games and feels the hot breath of Schaerweijde, which has collected as many points and has an identical goal difference as the Amsterdammers (33-33 to 27-27).

At the bottom, Tilburg won the relegation cracker against Almere 3-1. As a result, not Tilburg, but Almere is now the straggler in Pool B . Next week the curtain falls for one of the two teams in the last two games of the regular competition.
