Asia: AirAsia Dare to Dream: National Student Indoor Hockey Championship Concludes in Indonesia

The highly anticipated *AirAsia Dare to Dream: National Student Indoor Hockey Championship* recently concluded in Indonesia, running from June 25 to 29. The tournament showcased intense competition, with the boys’ edition featuring nine teams and the girls’ edition featuring seven teams, all vying for victory.

This prestigious under-18 tournament, proudly supported by *AirAsia*, provided a unique platform for young athletes to showcase their talents and compete for the championship title. As these promising players took the stage, they embodied AirAsia’s inspiring slogan, “Dare to Dream.”

*AirAsia* made significant contributions to the championship, enhancing the event with multiple assets. From promotional materials and event branding to support for officials and participants, AirAsia’s involvement was pivotal in creating a professional and inspiring atmosphere. Their contributions not only elevated the event’s profile but also encouraged young athletes to pursue their dreams with passion and determination.

In the boys’ edition, West Java claimed the championship title, followed by Banten in second place and East Java in third. In the girls’ edition, West Java also emerged victorious, with DKI Jakarta securing second place and Nusa Tenggara Barat taking third.

Awards were given to the top young athletes, celebrating their exceptional performances. *Naura Kendra Maheswari* from Nusa Tenggara Barat was named Best Goalkeeper in the girls’ category, while *Ramdhan Maulana* from West Java took the same honor in the boys’ category. The top goal scorers were *Muhamad Labib Almurogi* from Banten for the boys and *Dhabithah Batrisyia Samsuri* from Nusa Tenggara Barat for the girls. The Rising Star awards went to *Dimas* from Jawa Barat for the boys and *Dhabithah Batrisyia Samsuri* from Nusa Tenggara Barat for the girls. The Best Player awards were claimed by *Septian Dwi Nanda* from Jawa Barat in the boys’ category and *Denisa Afrilia Trisaputri* from Jawa Barat in the girls’ category.

These awards highlighted the outstanding performances and remarkable talents of the participants, making the event filled with thrilling moments and reflecting the passion and determination of these young stars as they pursue their dreams.
