China Overpowers Chinese Taipei with a 6-2 Win in Men’s Junior AHF Cup 2024

Singapore, June 20, 2024 – In a thrilling display of skill and athleticism, China triumphed over Chinese Taipei with a decisive 6-2 victory in the Men’s Junior AHF Cup held in Singapore. The match, which took place at the renowned Singapore Hockey Stadium, highlighted China’s dominance and strategic brilliance on the field.China came out strong from the first whistle, quickly establishing their dominance. Chinese Taipei’s defense. This early lead set the pace for the rest of the match. Midfielder  added another goal in the 15th minute, followed by a third goal from forward Wang Qiang in the 22nd minute, giving China a comfortable 3-0 lead. Despite Chinese Taipei’s efforts to respond, China’s defense remained solid, and the first half ended with China firmly in control.

The second half saw Chinese Taipei attempting a comeback, and they managed to score their first goal in the 35th minute through a well-executed play by forward Chen Wei-Han. However, China quickly countered with a fourth goal by Li Wei, who secured his second of the match in the 42nd minute. Chinese Taipei scored again in the 50th minute with a goal from midfielder Lin Cheng-Hao, but China’s relentless offense proved too much to handle.

In the closing minutes, China added two more goals: one from midfielder Liu Ming in the 55th minute and another from forward Yang Jie in the 58th minute, cementing their 6-2 victory.

Iran Secures a 4-2 Victory Over Kazakhstan in Men’s Junior AHF Cup 2024

Singapore, June 20, 2024 – Iran showcased their dominance on the field with an impressive 4-2 win over Kazakhstan in the Men’s Junior AHF Cup held in Singapore. The match, hosted at the iconic Singapore Hockey Stadium, was a display of Iran’s tactical prowess and determination.Iran set the tone early in the game, with forward  opening the scoring in the 12th minute with a precise shot that left the Kazakh goalkeeper with no chance. Building on their momentum, Iran doubled their lead in the 20th minute through a well-executed goal by midfielder  Kazakhstan, however, managed to pull one back just before halftime, with forward Timur Mukanov scoring in the 28th minute, ending the first half at 2-1.

The second half saw increased efforts from both teams, but it was Iran who struck first. In the 40th minute, forward  extended Iran’s lead with a brilliant individual effort. Kazakhstan responded quickly, with midfielder  narrowing the gap to 3-2 in the 47th minute, keeping the game competitive.

Iran’s defense held firm against Kazakhstan’s persistent attacks, and in the 55th minute, Ali Reza scored his second goal of the match, sealing a 4-2 victory for Iran. The team’s coordinated play and strategic execution were key to maintaining their lead and securing the win

Oman Dominates Hong Kong China with a 6-0 Victory in Men’s Junior AHF Cup 2024

Singapore, June 20, 2024 – Oman delivered a commanding performance, defeating Hong Kong China 6-0 in a one-sided match at the Men’s Junior AHF Cup held in Singapore. The match, which took place at the Singapore Hockey Stadium, showcased Oman’s superior tactics and skill, leaving their opponents struggling to keep up.From the opening whistle, Oman asserted their dominance, taking control of the game. The first goal came quickly in the 10th minute, with forward scoring a well-placed shot. Oman continued to press hard, and in the 18th minute, midfielder doubled their lead with a powerful strike from the edge of the circle. Before halftime, Oman added a third goal, with forward  finding the net in the 30th minute, giving them a comfortable 3-0 lead at the break.

The second half saw Oman maintaining their aggressive play. In the 40th minute, scored his second goal of the match, further extending Oman’s lead. Oman’s defense remained impenetrable, thwarting any attempts by Hong Kong China to mount a comeback.

In the 50th minute, midfielder  added a fifth goal, showcasing Oman’s offensive depth and skill. The final goal came in the 58th minute, with forward sealing the 6-0 victory with a brilliant solo effort.

Singapore, June 20, 2024 – In a tightly contested match, Thailand secured a narrow 2-1 win over Sri Lanka in the Men’s Junior AHF Cup held in Singapore. The game, played at the Singapore Hockey Stadium, was a thrilling encounter, with both teams displaying exceptional skill and determination.The match began with both teams showing strong defensive strategies and creating several scoring opportunities. Thailand managed to break the deadlock in the 18th minute when forward  found the back of the net with a well-placed shot, giving Thailand a 1-0 lead. Sri Lanka responded with intensity, but Thailand’s defense held firm, maintaining their lead as the first half came to a close.

The second half saw Sri Lanka intensifying their efforts to equalize. Their persistence paid off in the 40th minute when midfielder Dilan Perera scored a brilliant goal, leveling the score at 1-1. The match continued with high energy and fierce competition from both sides.

Thailand regained their lead in the 55th minute, with midfielder Preecha Suttipong scoring the decisive goal through a well-executed play. Despite Sri Lanka’s relentless attacks in the final minutes, Thailand’s defense stood strong, securing a hard-fought 2-1 victory.

The first goal came in the 10th minute from forward Abdullah Al Mamun, setting the tone for the rest of the match. Bangladesh continued their relentless attack, with midfielder Shafiqul Islam scoring in the 18th minute, followed by a third goal from forward Ashraf Hossain in the 25th minute. By halftime, Bangladesh had built a commanding 3-0 lead, leaving Indonesia struggling to find their footing.The second half saw Bangladesh maintaining their aggressive play. In the 35th minute, Abdullah Al Mamun scored his second goal of the match, further extending the lead to 4-0. The floodgates opened as Bangladesh added three more goals in quick succession: one from midfielder Rahman Ali in the 45th minute, another from forward Jamal Uddin in the 50th minute, and a final goal by defender Karim Khan in the 55th minute.
