The final was played at the Olympian Islahuddin and Dr. Muhammad Ali Shah Hockey Academy in the final, Veterans Hockey Club defeated Green by 3-2 goals on penalty stroke the match was tied without any goal in the allotted time Olympian Samir Hussain, Olympian Kashif Jawad and Samiullah scored the goals of the winning team. Muhammad Ali Khan and Sameer Saleem scored the goals of the defeated team the Fair Play Trophy was awarded to the Hyderabad Veterans Club Corps Commander Karachi Lieutenant General Babar Iftikhar distributed the prizes as the special guest Olympian Islahuddin, Rehan Chawla, Kashif Chawla at the closing ceremony
