No. 17 Rutgers vs No. 18 Monmouth | 12 PM ET | Watch ($)
Off to a 5-1 start, Monmouth broke into the top-20 rankings last week—their highest in program history—after wins over California, LIU, and Temple. The Hawks suffered their first loss of the season last weekend, falling 3-1 to their fellow No. 18 ranked Yale. Junior Anna Moors has been key up and down the field, having picked up both Coastal Athletic Association (CAA) Offensive and Defensive Player of the Week.
3-3 on the year, Rutgers has only lost to top-ten opponents: No. 4 Syracuse, No. 3 Virginia, and No. 9 Princeton. Their most recent was a 1-0 loss in overtime to the Tigers, which followed a 3-2 OT win over UConn.
In 2024, the Scarlet Knights needed double overtime to take down the Hawks, 3-2.
