Waterloo Ducks scored a significant win over Racing Club de Bruxelles in the fledgling Belgian Carlsberg 0.0 league.
The tie was already a big one for the likes of Victor Wegnez and Samuel Malherbe playing for Waterloo against their former club with whom they won an EHL bronze a couple of years ago.
The Ducks, were, however deprived of the services of Nicolas Dumont through injury but they had a lead early on via William Ghislain.
Both goalkeepers Boris Feldheim and Simon Vandenbroucke showed their talent to repel the danger until the 27th minute when Maxime Plennevaux tied things up again.
Waterloo fought back in the second half and Louis Depelsenaire gave his team the lead again in the 47th minute to back up their day one win over Daring.
They have an enticing EHL challenge in October against home club Surbiton, also bolstered this season by Tomi Domene and Louis Willems, offsetting the departures of Victor Charlet and Blaise Rogeau.
They are among three sides with 100% records so far along with Herakles and Braxgata who were 1-0 winners over Orée.
Royal Léopold, meanwhile, were held to a 2-2 draw as two goals from recent Belgian call-up Lucas Balthazar scored twice for Uccle Sport. José Basterra and Tom Boon were on the mark for Léo.
