With three rounds of play to go, the Tulip Women’s premier league is also nearing its denouement. Den Bosch and SCHC are already assured of a spot in the playoffs. The battle for the last two tickets is as good as decided, as is the situation at the bottom. Time for an interim balance.
Battle for the play-offs
3. Pinoké 19-40
Pinoké is on the threshold of a historic achievement: for the first time in club history the ladies can qualify for the playoffs. That could happen as early as next Sunday. The condition is that rival Kampong does not win against Amsterdam. In case of a draw or defeat of the Utrechters, the playoffs are a fact for Pinoké, regardless of the result of the Steekneuzen themselves against Den Bosch.
Remaining program:
Pinoké-Den Bosch
Amsterdam-Pinoké
Pinoké-Hurley
4. Amsterdam 19-38
Amsterdam can also secure a spot in the last four on Sunday. With a win over Kampong, qualification is a fact for the capitalists.
Remaining program:
Kampong-Amsterdam
Amsterdam-Pinoké
Huizen-Amsterdam
5. Kampong 19-33
Kampong trails Amsterdam by five points and hosts that team Sunday at its own Klapperboom. Only a win will keep the Utrecht team in the playoffs, but then the competition (Pinoké) has to drop points. If Kampong loses to Amsterdam, the division of the last two playoff tickets will be final: they will go to Amsterdam and Pinoké.
Remaining program:
Kampong-Amsterdam
Hurley-Kampong
Kampong-HGC

Battle for playoffs and relegation
9. HDM 19-13
With one point ahead of Oranje-Rood, one more game won and a better goal difference, HDM has good papers to maintain its direct position. A result against Rotterdam, next Sunday, would help the team even more.
Remaining program:
HDM-Rotterdam
HDM-Tilburg
SCHC-HDM
10. Orange-Rood 19-12
Orange-Rood is one point behind HDM and has recorded one less victory. The Brabanders therefore do not have direct enforcement in their own hands. Moreover, Rotterdam lurks, which is eleventh with only one point less than the team from Eindhoven. At the end of the season, place ten offers a more favorable starting position in the playoffs.
Remaining program:
Orange-Rood-Hurley
HGC-Orange-Rood
Orange-Rood-Rotterdam
11. Rotterdam 19-11
Rotterdam also still has a chance of direct retention. The team is two points behind HDM and won one less game. Sunday awaits a crucial encounter between the two teams. With at least a draw and a loss by Huizen, direct relegation is averted.
Remaining program:
HDM-Rotterdam
Rotterdam-SCHC
Oranje-Rood-Rotterdam
12. Huizen 19-5
Things look bleak for Huizen. The team is in last place and could be officially relegated as early as Sunday. That happens if Huizen loses to Tilburg and Rotterdam takes at least a point against HDM.
Remaining program:
Huizen-Tilburg
Den Bosch-Huizen
Huizen-Amsterdam
